About Walter

Walter lives in the greater Houston, Texas area.

Walter is a research chemist with an advanced degree in polymer chemistry. He holds numerous patents for new polymer products and analytical instruments. Taking early retirement has allowed him to focus on Perfect Touch. (By the way, Perfect Touch is not a store. We are a home-based, mail order business.)

Walter's love of modeling and sculpting with clay goes back to his childhood. Since 1981, he has made and sold small and miniature figures and objects of polymer clay, as well as miniature and dollhouse-sized historical-replica miniature houses. Walter has also made several museum displays for Texas museums, including the Brazoria County Historical Museum, in Angleton, Texas, as well as a diorama and a room scene from the early settlement of Wolstenholme Towne for the Winthrop Rockefeller Archaeological Museum at Colonial Williamsburg in Williamsburg, Virginia.
